1. Graduands can collect the completion letter, graduation scroll and official academic transcript at the day of the convocation session.
    1. To collect the completion letter, graduation scroll and official academic transcript, graduands need to bring along the Returning Robe Slip.
    1. Graduands need to settle all the debts (tution fees and fines) before the convocation day. USIM only provides online payment method during the convocation day and no cash payment is provided.
    1. Graduands must adhere to the Covid-19 prevention SOP.
    1. It is the responsibility of the graduand to check the academic certificate received before leaving the counter. USIM will not be responsible for any errors especially the misspellings of name or any damages found after that.
    1. Bakal graduan bertanggungjawab memastikan surat tamat pengajian, transkrip akademik rasmi dan skrol ijazah yang diterima diperiksa terlebih dahulu sebelum meninggalkan kaunter. USIM tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kesilapan.
    1. Graduands who are unable to collect the academic certificate personally can write to the Division of Academic Management (Exams and Graduation Unit)/Centre for Graduate Studies to request that their academic certificates to be mailed via Akuan Terima Berdaftar (AR Registered). Graduands must clearly state their address, telephone number (home and mobile, if any), and attach one (1) copy of their identification card (front and back). The mailing charge is as stated below:

    1. Graduands who appointed a representative to collect their scroll must issue a letter of consent or permission and a copy of his/her identity card (front and back). The graduand must clearly state in the letter the name and identity card number of the person who will represent him. The representative must produce his/her identity card for verification before being allowed to collect the degree. The representative is fully responsible to check the scroll received before leaving the counter. He/she must especially check on the spelling of the name on the degree. USIM will not be held liable for any errors, loss or damage to the degree after that.
    1. Graduands can apply for a graduation scroll replacement if the graduation scroll is lost or damaged. A RM100 (Malaysian)/ USD30 (Non-Malaysian) graduation scroll replacement will be charged to the graduate.
    1. The application must include the following details:

      -Application letter from the graduand.
      -Copy of the police report.
      -Receipt of payment.

      Graduands may also apply for additional official transcripts and each application will be charged RM25 (Malaysian)/ USD10 (Non-Malaysian) for each set of languages.

    1. Graduands must deal directly to the Divison of Student Affairs for the collecting of Co-Curriculum transcript.
