    • All graduands from abroad must comply with the quarantine period and comply with all entry procedures into Malaysia as specified by the Government of Malaysia.
    • All prospective graduands are required to make a HEALTH SCREENING through the Istudent portal. Prospective graduands need to print the Health Screening Slip and submit it to the Officer on duty at the registration counter during the Convocation Day.
    • All prospective graduands and guests must wear double masks, which are the cloth mask and the 3 ply face mask as recommended by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
    • Prospective graduands and guests need to show their digital vaccination certificate on the MySejahtera application at the USIM Main Entrance Guard Post. Only prospective graduands and guests who have reached the full vaccination period are allowed to enter the campus. Prospective graduands will also need to show the results of the health screening at the USIM main entrance Guard Post.
    • Prospective graduands and guests need to scan their attendance through the MySejahtera application before entering the Dewan Tuanku Canselor. MySejahtera Barcodes will be posted at all the hall entrances. Prospective graduands and guests with the following status are not allowed to enter the hall:

     

      • Confirmed cases.
      • Suspected cases.
      • Close Contacts.
      • Individuals under monitoring.
    • All prospective graduands must report at the Registration Counter at the A/B Entrance of Dewan Tuanku Canselor. Officers on duty will check the status of graduands’ MySejahtera. If it is found that the graduand has not reached the full period of vaccination, the graduand is NOT allowed to enter the hall. Prospective graduands who have reached the full period of vaccination will be checked for body temperature before entering the main hall. Prospective graduands who are detected to have a temperature above 37.5 ° C will NOT be allowed to enter the hall.
    • All guests (parents/guardians) will enter the hall through the A/B Entrance of Dewan Tuanku Canselor. The officers on duty will check the status of the guests on MySejahtera. If it is found that the guest has not reached the full period of vaccination, the guest is NOT allowed to enter the hall. Guests who have reached the full period of vaccination will be checked for their body temperature before entering the main hall. Those guests detected to have a temperature above 37.5 ° C will NOT be allowed to enter the hall.
    • All prospective graduands and guests must adhere to the practice of physical distancing. The seats of prospective graduands and guests will be spaced out 1 meter from each other for the purpose of compliance with the COVID-19 prevention SOP.
    • All prospective graduands and guests must:
      • Carry adequate hand sanitisers;
      • Comply with any instructions of safety and health personnel while in the hall and campus area;
      • Comply with any instructions of the Officers on duty while in the area of Dewan Tuanku Canselor and at the Sports Centre;
      • Avoid being present in the Campus area and seek treatment immediately at the nearest health facility if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 infection as announced by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
    • All prospective graduands and guests must always maintain the SOP that has been set throughout the Convocation Ceremony to ensure safety and protection from COVID-19 infection.
    • All prospective graduands must comply with all the instructions and regulations enforced by the Government of Malaysia through the National Security Council and USIM from time to time.
