• Attendance confirmation can be made through the iStudent portal

  • Once graduates have confirmed their attendance, they will be able to download the Invitation Letter for the 21st USIM Convocation Ceremony.

  • It is mandatory for graduates to attend the Convocation Ceremony according to the assigned session determined by the University.

  • Please note that graduates are not permitted to postpone the Convocation Ceremony or delegate someone else to attend on their behalf.
