Reminder:

Kindly note that the 88th University’s Senate Meeting No.4/2015 which conferred on 19th August 2015 has decided that:

  • Students who had completed their studies and are qualified to graduate (LDI) but have not cleared their debt to the university are NOT ALLOWED to:

    • collect their Convocation Robe

    • attend the Convocation Ceremony; and

    • claim their degree scroll, Official/Temporary Academic Transcript as well as Completion of Study letter

  • It is absolutely mandatory that outstanding university tuition fees and charges be paid one week prior to NOVEMBER 5, 2024 in observance of University Academic Attire Borrowing Day

UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC ATTIRE BORROWING DAY (DATE AND VENUE)

Graduands attending the Convocation Ceremony must wear the University’s Academic Attire.

The borrowing of University Academic Attire for UNDERGRADUATE GRADUANDS and POSTGRADUATE GRADUANDS as following:

Reminder:

Graduands are encouraged to individually collect the University’s Academic Attire to determine the appropriate size and robe according to their faculty. However, for graduands who are unable to do may ask their next of kin or a representative to help them to collect the attire, on the condition that all debts towards the university have been cleared.

Reminder:

Each graduand may only appoint/represent one other graduand in collecting his/her University Academic Attire. Appointing or representing more than one (1) graduand is NOT PERMITTED subject to the robe collection requirements. The graduand must present a letter of Authorization/Consent as proof before collecting the robe.
