The Strategic Communications Centre has appointed INSA FOTO ZOOM SDN BHD as the official provider of both studio and stage photography in conjunction with the 16th USIM Convocation Ceremony. Graduates can make early bookings for photography packages according to the following schedule:

Schedule 1: Early Booking Information of Graduate Photography Package

NOTES

  1.  The graduate studio/stage photography package is NOT INCLUDED in the convocation fees package paid to the University. This photography package is exclusive.
  2. Purchase of this photography package is NOT MANDATORY for graduates. Payment is made in cash to the designated provider upon booking.
  3. Graduates who have made payments for the selected photography package must SAFEGUARD THE PAYMENT RECEIPTS for the purpose of Convocation Ceremony photography claims.

 

REDEMPTION SCHEDULE OF USIM 16TH CONVOCATION CEREMONY GRADUATE STAGE PHOTOGRAPH

Schedule 2: Information of Graduate Stage Photography Claims

NOTES

  1.  The stage photography package for graduates IS NOT INCLUDED in the convocation fee package paid to the University. This photography package is exclusive.
  2. The purchase of this stage photography package is NOT COMPULSORY for graduates. Claims of stage photography and payments (if not yet made) may be done to the supplier as listed in Schedule 2.
  3. Graduates are required to SAFEGUARD the stage photography sequence number provided by the secretariat after walking off the stage upon receiving the degree as reference for photography claims.
