1. Submit the University Academic Attire (Convocation Robe)

Submit the University Academic Attire (Convocation Robe) along with the matric card to the officer on duty at the following location:

Robbing Room 1 : Postgraduate graduand (Phd, Master, Postgraduate Diploma) and Undergraduate graduand (FPSK dan FPg)
Robbing Room 2 :

Undergraduate graduand (FPQS, FKP, FPBU, FSU, FEM, FST & FKAB)
  • 3 – 8 Dec 2024 at DTC di Dewan Tuanku Canselor
  • Starting 9 Dec 2024 at Centre of Academic Management, Level 2, Chancellery Building.

2. Collect the Robe Submission Slip from the officer on duty

Robbing Room 1 : Left side Dewan Tuanku Canselor
Robbing Room 2 : Right side Dewan Tuanku Canselor

3 – 8 December 2024

3. Collect the Graduation Scroll, Official Academic Transcript and Graduation Completion Letter

Submit the following documents to the officer:

  1. Matric Card
  2. Robe Submission Slip
  3. Representative Letter – if representing the graduand
