If prospective graduates have trouble logging into the iStudent portal or have any technical issues related to the iStudent system, they should email the problem to support_academic@usim.edu.my. Please include your name, student ID number, and the problem you are facing.

For postgraduate graduates (PhD, Master, and Graduate Diploma) who have trouble logging into iStudent (https://istudent.usim.edu.my), they can reset their password to access iStudent through the iPPS portal as follows:

  1. Log in to the iPPS portal.
  • If accessing from off-campus, please access through https://sslvpn.usim.edu.my, select the IPPS2 icon, and log in to the iPPS portal.
  1. Click on Account Setting -> Change of Password.
  2. Please update your password until the display shows “Your Password has been updated.”
  3. Open iStudent again and log in using the new password.
