• Each graduand will receive one (1) invitation card and entrance pass for two (2) people only excluding him/herself. Any lost pass will not be replaced. The card must be presented upon attending the Convocation ceremony. Children below the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the Tuanku Canselor Hall.

  • Please be reminded that only the card holders are allowed to enter Tuanku Canselor Hall for the convocation ceremony. Invitation cards to participate in Convocation Ceremony will be distributed to prospective graduates during University Academic Attire Borrowing Day which will take place beginning November 9, 2024 (Saturday) to November 11, 2024 (Monday).

  • The University will provide live video streaming to the guests outside the Tuanku Canselor Hall in the lobby area.
